Greenbelt Resources Corporation Completes Sale of Fabrication Building
EAGLE GROVE, Iowa, Aug 09, 2007 -- Greenbelt Resources Corporation (Pink Sheets:GRCO) has successfully sold its former fabrication building & secondary office to include all equipment & most of the surrounding real estate except one remaining parcel which the company has an offer pending. These transactions have not affected the company's corporate office building.
The company will now focus on outsourcing or subcontracting most manufactured component groups of the plant resulting in lower overhead and increased production capabilities. Director & plant designer, Floyd Butterfield has been working on completing various plant sizes from his California office. Marketing Director Vint Lewis reports the new company website is near completion awaiting legal approval before its release.
